This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) number is FA8224-12-R-0022. The Government contemplates award of one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFP is a total small business set-aside, the NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. This acquisition is for the procurement of Equipment and Facility Support Services within the 309th Maintenance Wing, Hill Air Force Base, UT. See attached solicitation, Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) dated 22 November 2011, Table 1, Table 2, CDRLs, Wage Determination, draft DD Form 254, and Industrial Hygiene (1/H) Surveys for full details of contract requirements. NOTE : Government provided I/H Surveys are for informational purposes and cannot be used by the contractor for his own occupational health compliance purposes. Contractors will be required to perform I/H surveys as necessary for each task order and are advised to propose accordingly. Anticipated period of performance is three (3) one-year ordering periods. Offerors shall provide FFP pricing for CLIN 0001 (fully loaded labor rates for all labor categories under, Appendix B, PWS, and table 1). CLIN 0002 will be calculated by the Government (using table 2), Offerors proposed labor rates, multiplied by historical hours, then multiplied by 8 percent to determine the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). CLIN 0003 are CDRLs that are not separately priced. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: The contract is expected to be awarded on or about, 1 February 2012. Offerors are advised to review 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation, clauses in the solicitation for instructions to Offerors and evaluation criteria.
