- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to delivery asphalt to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The proposed procurement is set aside for total small businesses under NAICS 324121 with a corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 January 2012 and will be due on 10 February 2012 (see solicitation for verification).
