- The purpose of this special notice is update industry with the revised DRAFT Statement of Works (SOW) for Design, Development, Demonstration and Integration (D3I) acquisition. Three PDf attachments are included with this announcement. D3I Industry Day is still tentatively planned for 24 January 2012. Additional information regarding the acquisition will be forthcoming as such information is being developed. The remarks made of Government officials involved in the D3I program should not be considered a guarantee of the Government's course of action in proceeding with the program. 2. The information provided in the attached SOWs reflect the current Government intentions and is subject to change based on a variety of circumstances, including input from prospective contractors. 3. The solicitation itself is the only document that is relied upon in determining the Government's requirements.
