- Description
- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for a contractor to provide services as a Forest Service Liaison for the Southern Research Station (SRS) HQ office located in Asheville, NC. The work will be performed at the Contractor's location. Travel is required to different locations within 13 states of the Southern Research Station. Travel cost will be reimburssed in according to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). The resultant contract will consist of a Base Period and 4 - 12 month option periods. Contractor will be required to attend meetings as scheduled. Contractor will be paid a fixed weekly rate for average approximately 25 hours per week. No prebid meeting is scheduled. The RFQ package will be posted on FedBizOpps by January 11, 2012. Quotes may be faxed to Karen Welch at 828-257-4876 NLT February 15, 2012.
