- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to negotiate a purchase order on a sole source basis with Bell Boeing Joint Project Office to provide a new Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) 1 Load Board Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) for Fleet Service Team (FST) Testing. All assets required to perform this effort are already on site at Boeing, St. Louis. These assets are in place to support other V-22 OTPS contracts. Required Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) assets are in limited supply and most are no longer procurable. The Government intends to procure this effort under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation is not available for this procurement. Any challenges must be received within 15 days of publication and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
