- Note: It is anticipated that the solicitation may result in multiple awards; the government may make up to four awards. Description: MICC-ICO Fort Campbell, KY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on/or about January 10, 2012 for Grounds Maintenance on Fort Campbell, KY. Total requirement will consist of approximately 9,500 acres to be maintained. The Government is contemplating multiple awards for this requirement. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will include a description of four schedules representing four separate line items. Offerors will be allowed to provide offers on any single line item or on multiple line items. Each Line Item will account for one of four schedules that combine to account for the entire requirement. Performance of all the schedules shall require the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Fort Campbell, KY in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Grounds Maintenance will require mowing, edging, trimming, removing debris, tree and shrub trimming, turf repair and rehabilitation, planting of trees and annuals, shrub and flowerbed remediation, and other areas. Contractor shall possess the qualifications, experience, work force and equipment capable of maintaining grounds for large areas to be detailed in the coming RFP. NAICS is 561730/$7 Million - Landscaping Services. Solicitation W91248-12-R-0004 will be posted on or about January 10, 2012.
