- Mission and Installation Contracting command, 9610 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to award a Sole Source Bridge Contract to The Ravens Group Inc., 4640 Forbes Blvd., STE 300, Lanham, MD., 20706-1894, for Attendant and Escort Services. The period performance for this action is 01 January 2012 through 31 March 2012. This Sole Source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (B). The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 561110 "Office Administrative Services". This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If you feel your firm can provide these services, please submit a capabilities statement by 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, 30 December 2011. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The government may consider all capability statements received.
