- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Support Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA has a requirement to provide deployment and reintegration support services to deploying DLA military and civilian personnel. The focus of this support is on providing information about practical preparation concerns, the emotional stages of the deployment cycle, and sources available to individuals and family members that help them cope with the challenges a deployment presents. Most deployments are six months in duration; therefore, the period of involvement with deploying DLA personnel is approximately 15 months. The contractor shall work on average, 20 hours each week. The nature of the deployment and reintegration support services requires flexibility in work scheduling. Specific duty days and hours to be worked shall be coordinated with the Government Point of Contact. This summary is for the purpose of general information and is not intended to include and/or describe every task in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract period shall be for one (1) year base period with two (2) one year option periods. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 624190 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00 To receive awards resulting from solicitations issued after May 31, 1998, your company must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual certification requirements by calling (888) 227-2423 or via internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror using the lowest priced, technically acceptable source selection process. It is anticipated that RFQ SP3300-12-Q-0019 will be posted to this site on or around January 16, 2012. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to this site. Prospective offerors are cautioned concerning their responsibility to access the website for any amendments that may be issued under this RFQ. There will be no advance notification of amendment issuance. Prospective offerors are advised to consult the website frequently to check for any amendments. Amendments may be issued up until the proposal due date. Failure to acknowledge amendments may render your quote ineligible for award. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this Agency.
