- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) plans to award a sole source purchase order to Spin Systems, Inc., 100 Carpenter Drive, Suite 100, Sterling, VA 20164 to provide SBF-CM Annual Software Maintenance for 300 named user licenses and one (1) server license for the period from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. Spin Systems is the only provider of the aforementioned software maintenance. In addition, the following Section 508 requirements apply to this acquisition: (1) 36 CFR part 1194.21 Software applications and operating systems, (2) 36 CFR part 1194.22 Web-based internet and intranet information and application and (3) 36 CFR part 1194.41 Information, documentation, and support documentation requirements.
