- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W91243-12-T-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-54. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following items: CLIN 0001: 2 "each" UH72A right side maintenance stands. CLIN 0002: 2 "each" US72A left side maintenance stands. CLIN 0003 2 "each" eight (8) US72A blade racks. Conceptual drawings are attached. The Government requires 30 days acceptance after the quotes are due. The Government requires the contractor to provide realistic delivery schedule. Vendor will provide best solution for this requirement. FOB destination to Lincoln, NE 68524. Freight will be included in "each" price. Government will award to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror based on price. The Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price and technically acceptable solution is the evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 16 January 2012 no later than 1:00 p.m. CST at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Road, Lincoln, NE 68508. Offers may be mailed, faxed to 402-309-7549 or e-mailed to Sandy Leach at sandra.leach2@us.army.mil. Prospective vendors shall be CCR Registered to be considered. All responsible quotes will be considered.
