- Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE) Procurement Notice for the planned five-year Literacy and Health Education Program in Uganda- RFA-617-12-000001 USAID/Uganda intends to collaborate with an external research partner/contractor to conduct performance and impact evaluation (P&IE) of a planned five-year Literacy and Health Education Program in Uganda- RFA-617-12-000001 currently on www.grants.gov. The primary purpose of this P&IE is to evaluate program implementation and effectiveness, and the extent to which the program's literacy and HIV/AIDS prevention activities result in measurable impact at the level of student learning. It is intended that this P&IE contract will be implemented parallel to the Cooperative Agreement that results from RFA-617-12-000001.
