- This is the annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-12-G-A752 with Vericor Power Systems, Alpharetta, GA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUPWSS for the period 2011 Nov 30 thru 2012 Nov 30 for the evaluation and repair of ETF40B Marine Gas Turbine Engine System, NSN 2S 2835-01-477-2798 P2 and associated parts such as Gas Turbine Engine, NSN 2S 2835-01-535-0121 P2; Combustor Turbine, NSN 2S 2835-01-503-1724; Inlet Housing Module, NSN 2S 2835-01-535-0124 P2. Individual orders exceeding $150,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUPWSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
