- Commercial Item The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Region 5 (California) Civil Rights Staff intends to procure an multiple award; Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Conflict Management. The purpose of the Conflict Management and Prevention Program (formerly Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program) is to provide employees and managers of Pacific Southwest Region and Pacific Southwest Research Station an opportunity to use a more informal method of resolving workplace conflicts. The CMP Program provides mediation resource for non-EEO workplace disputes, formal discrimination complaints, and informal discrimination complaints as prescribed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The contracts will be affected in three separate geographic locations, which are as follows: Northern California: Klamath National Forest (NF), Lassen NF, Modoc NF, Six Rivers NF, Shasta-Trinity NF, Plumas NF, and Northern California Service Center, Redwood Science Laboratory in Arcata, CA and Silvicultural Laboratory Research Stations in Redding, CA. Central California: Tahoe NF, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit, Eldorado NF, Mendocino NF, Stanislaus NF, Sequoia NF, Silvicultural Laboratory, and Montane Ecosystems (Fresno, CA), and Institute of Forest Genetics (Placerville, CA). Sierra NF, Regional Office (Mare Island), and Pacific southwest Experimental Station (Berkeley, CA) Southern California: Inyo NF, Angeles NF, Los Padres NF, Cleveland NF, San Bernardino NF, Institute of Pacific Forestry (Honolulu, HI and Guam*), and Forest Fire Laboratory (Riverside, CA). * It is expected the contractor will provide resources/subcontractors located in Hawaii or Guam. The Contract will be for one (1) base year period, with two 1-year option periods. Services are expected to commence on or about February 20, 2012.
