- Description
- The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for the purchase and installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System at various Social Security Administration offices throughout the State of Colorado. The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, and tools required to install a working closed circuit television system in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), reference number HSHQW8-12-Q-00002 and will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.5. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 with size standard $12.5 million. A site visit has been scheduled for January 4, 2012 at 09:00AM (MST) at SSA Office, 13151 W. Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80228. If planning on attending, send an e-mail to Ian.briddell@dhs.gov. All quotes must be received no later than 2:00PM (PST) on January 19, 2012 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the RFQ. The contractor is required to register with the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. No contract award shall be made to any contractor that is not registered. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12/28/2011.
