The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. This is a Hubzone set-aside. Only offers from Hubzone manufacturers or Hubzone dealers furnishing a Hubzone manufacturer's product will be considered. This solicitation is full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Export Control applies. The NSN is as follows 6150-01-310-1829, 172 day's delivery. FOB Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
