This applies to the awardee of the project only. FAR 52.219-14(c)(1) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING applies. "FAR 52.219(c)(1)" reference is incorrect in previous announcement. Please correct to FAR 52.219-14(c)(1). Only the reference number was incorrect.
