- Technical Documents related to 7 Test Stands requiring upgrades PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in and attached to this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested from competent sources and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, software, configurations, labor, and documentation necessary to upgrade seven (7) Test Stand Controllers Located at Hill AFB, UT IAW the attached Performance Work Statement. Currently the government plans to negotiate this acquisition sole-source with Dayton T. Brown Inc. The government does not own and cannot provide any technical data related to the machines requiring service. All associated source code and technical data related to these test stands is proprietary and owned by Dayton T. Brown Inc. Interested parties may submit a statement of qualifications and ability to perform this work to brian.hardman@hill.af.mil NLT the closing date of this notice for consideration.
