- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-12-T-0046. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-53. This requirement is Service Disabled Veteran Owned 100% Small business Set Aside competitive. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order under FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition. Description of Requirement: The intent of this contract is to provide all certifications, equipment, tools, material, labor, and vehicles to perform preventative maintenance and repair in the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The location of this plant is located on the Edgewood area of Aberdeen Proving Ground. The equipment to be maintained can be found in the combined synopsis solicitation. NOTES to Offerors: The combined synopsis solicitation shall be used as the format for submissions and signed on page one block 30. All Questions are to be submitted via e-mail to Russell.w.estep.civ@mail.mil. No later than ninety six hours prior to the closing date of the combined synopsis solicitation, answers will be posted promptly. No questions will be answered via telephone. The Government reserves the right to withdraw the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
