- The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a solicitation for the repair, maintenance, and alteration of U.S. Navy- submarines home ported or visiting San Diego at the Naval Submarine Base Point Loma in San Diego, California. This procurement will be solicited as a total small business set-aside. The successful offeror will be required to provide all management, administrative services, materials, tools, equipment, labor, and any required support to accomplish the incorporated statement of work and all applicable Government specifications and regulations. The Contractor is responsible to use the latest revision of all references, specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items. Inspection and acceptance of all services will be performed at destination by the cognizant Government representative. The Government intends to 1) award a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a five year ordering period, and 2) compete subsequent delivery orders among those firms that are awarded contracts. The delivery orders will be firm-fixed price.
