- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The Army Contracting Command - 410th ECC - Miami Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for 120-day InfraStruXure Hardware Warranties and Datacenter Monitoring and Management Warranties on a noncompetitive basis to Critical Components, Inc., Atlanta, GA. This action shall be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii). This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 335999, size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this service must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide services outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received, within 1 day after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these services through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
