- Description
- This is a commercial item mechanical timber stand improvement contract. This solicitation is being re-solicited under the BLM IDIQ contract. Only those individuals being awarded a BLM contract for hazardous fuels reduction line items 0017 and 0004 awarded for the state of SD are authorized to quote on the project. The Northern Hills Ranger District on the Black Hills National Forest has an opportunity for performance-based contract for mechanical thinning on approximately 1,804 acres of Forest Service lands within Lawrence and Meade Counties South Dakota. Neither a Pre-quote tour nor site visit is scheduled. It is the contractor's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the normal terrain.
