- Amendment 1 dated December 28, 2011 is issued to provide for the following: * Schedule a Pre-proposal site tour on January 4, 2011 * Extend the Proposal due date to January 9th 2012 Close of Business A pre-proposal meeting and review of the jobsite will be held at 10:30 AM on January 4, 2012 in building 703"s large Conference Room A list of all individuals attending the pre-proposal meeting who do not possess a valid Brookhaven ID badge must be faxed tp Peggy Jaime at 631-344-8165. The following information must be included: *Your Company Name *The Job Name and RFP Number (NSLS-II LN2 System RFP 199780) *If the individuals are US citizens Foreign Nationals must complete a Guest Registration at http://www.bnl.gov and obtain approval for site access in order to attend the pre-proposal meeting- processing generally takes 30 days, as this is scheduled on short notice please contact Peggy Jamie at 631-344-8165 to expedite if required. All above requested information must be recieved by Peggy by noon December 30, 2011. On the day of arrival please allow thirty (30) minutes for check-in and issuance of a temporary pass by Brookhaven Security. Failure to comply or complete the required documents may hamper access or cause access to be denied. All persons participating in the site tour will be required to wear Hard Hats and Safety Shoes, those who do not have this equipment will be provided with equipment to wear for the tour. If you plan on utilizing the slip on safety shoe (slides on over your shoe) please wear flat shoes (no high heels).
