- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Vosta, Inc., 998 Gold Ridge Rd., Sebastopol CA 95472-3938, to provide four HDP 550 Impellers, four HDP 550 Suction Liners, one HDP 550 Hub Liner, 100 Wide Chisel Teeth, 20 Leg Adapters, and 200 B-Locks for the Dredge Goetz. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining future procurements.
