- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5342-01-414-6584, Kit, Safety Cable, which is identified by part number AS3510-0212K with the following approved sources: Daniels Mfg. Corp. (11851); Bergen Cable Technology Inc. (CAGE 70958); and SAE International (CAGE 0U583). The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1,602 packages for the base and each option year. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 30 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. Based upon market research, the Government is using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225.7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
