- Request for Information - Questionnaire This Request For Information is issued to assist the 647th Contracting Squadron, Hawaii, in performing market research, determining interest and capability, and information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request For Proposal (RFP) and responses to this request are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFP or an award. This document should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the Government. Any information provided to the Government in response to this document will become 647th Contracting Squadron property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to the request. 647th Contracting Squadron is seeking interested sources capable of Commissioning and retro-commissioning services for new and existing HVAC systems throughout PACAF locations include but not limited to: Alaska, Japan and Republic of Korea. Services to include, but not limited to; project design document review, equipment submittal review, commissioning/retro-commissioning plans, conference participation, verification of system functional testing, system test and balance verification, system analysis and investigation, troubleshooting, minor system repairs, post-repair system testing, evaluation for energy savings recommendations, system commissioning and retro-commissioning reports. Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Interested and qualified sources are requested to provide responses to the attached questionnaire. Please send responses via email to Lara.Emmons@hickam.af.mil by NLT Monday, Jan 09, 2012, 6:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Telephonic requests or responses will not be accepted. Respondents are asked to limit submissions to ten pages or less. Any information provided is voluntary. All eligible firms responding to the Sources Sought must ensure their response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform this requirement.
