- The Florida Army National Guard (FLARNG) is seeking solutions for its postage requirements. Attached is a statement that gives background of FLARNG postage activities through the State of Florida. The FLARNG is contemplating replacing postage meters at approximately 50 locations with a more cost effective postage solution and has given consideration to solutions provided by Stamps.com and Pitney Bowes SmartPostage. Please read the short statement and contact the POC if you can provide a similar product. Please provide a brochure or internet link, and indicate your business size. Provide DUNS and CAGE. The responses received will be used to determine set-asides in accordance with FAR Part 19 programs for any resulting solicitations.
