- Government Furnished Utilities Contract Data Requirements List Government Furnished Facilities and Equipment Emergency Generator Operations Log NJPDES Permit The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, to operate, maintain and repair the 25 acre 2.4 MGD average, design capacity Wastewater Treatment System (WWTS), a tertiary treatment facility, and provide all labor, parts, chemicals, tests, computers, reports, equipment, vehicles, and fuel necessary to operate the WWTS, the 95 acre Land Application Site (LAS), and the Tactical Training Base Septic System (TTBSS) which are all located on the Dix Area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). The equipment to be maintained and repaired includes, but is not limited to: manholes, forced mains, lift stations, basins, buildings, equipment, valves, pumps, piping, generators, motors, conveyors, electrical components, instruments and gauges. The Contractor is also responsible for pest management, grass cutting and snow removal of the Waste Water Treatment Facility areas.
