- Description
- HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Rapid Rescue Products for Premier Stretcher Carrier (military configuration) includes the height extenders and wheel lock installed. The proposed contract action is for the Air National Guard. This item is available on a sole source basis from Rapid Rescue Products, 5717 Sellger Drive, Norfolk VA 23502. Rapid Rescue Products is the sole manufacturer for Premier Stretcher Carrier military configuration. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450. Interested vendors may identify their interests and capabilities to the requirement no later than 10:00 am EST, January 06, 2012. The Government will consider all responses but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government. This action is under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
