- This is a sole-source synopsis that provides tentative notification of theSpace and Naval Warfare System Center Atlantics intent to extend contract N65236-08-D-5143, Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI)/Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) and associated Hardware and Software for a period of twelve months with an $8M ceiling increase. The period of performance for this extension will be from 27 January 2012 to 26 January 2013. This extension is needed to satisfy the SSC Atlantic Codes 55250 and 41210 support. Not awarding a twelve extension would cause negative impact to the government. The extension will be performed by the incumbent contractor, Electronics, Advanced Tactical Systems (ATS), Austin, TX The extension will provide for the continuation of uninterrupted services to the SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic Codes 55250 and 41210 commitment to PMW-150 with supporting Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI)/Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS) and associated Hardware and Software. This twelve-month extension of services is accomplished pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, " as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required during the extension period would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract extension period based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
