- The Contractor shall deliver the Mastication Implement and Forestry Kit to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Oklahoma Regional Office, 3100 W. Peak Blvd., Muskogee, OK 74401. The delivery date must be within 60 days of purchase order. This is a Notice of Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS is 333111 and the size standard in employees is 250- 500. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not register in CCR, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Also, offerors must be registered in the Online Registration & Certification Application (ORCA), https://orca.bpn.gov at the time of proposal submission.
