- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT REQUEST Sources Sought/Request for Information: National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources for a SUBCONTRACTOR to provide qualified project management, project control, and project control systems, services to NSTec on an as needed basis. Work includes project management, risk management, project facilitation, training, project assessments, project reviews, and development and maintenance of activity-based schedules in support of various company missions, programs, and projects. Off-the-shelf commercial software systems used to support project management operations include Primavera Project Planner (P6), Cost Control and Analysis (COBRA), Risk Analysis (Risky Project), and Cost Estimating (WINEST). An understanding of project management, risk management, nuclear and non-nuclear facility design and construction, nuclear operations, nuclear safety, project control and Earned Value Management concepts is required. Services will require personnel who have full understanding of concepts in the areas above as well as a demonstrated proficiency in the related software applications. The software applications used for Contractor requirements are listed as follows: · WinEst, or commercial equivalent · Microsoft Excel · Microsoft Word · Primavera P6 · Risky Project (Risk Analysis), or commercial equivalent · COBRA ( Cost), or commercial equivalent Interested parties must provide: 1. Documentation that validates a minimum of 5 years experience in providing project management, project control, and project control systems personnel. 2. Documentation that validates a minimum of 5 years experience working with ANSI 748. 3. Demonstrate their ability to provide qualified personnel without relying on lower-tier Subcontractors. Responses are limited to 5 pages.
