- Award Notice- The Office of the U.S. Property and Fiscal Officer for Hawaii Army National Guard has awarded a single firm fixed price contract (W912J6-12-C-0001) for Construction and Alteration of Structure and Facilities for Combine Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS #1) Phase #2 (PN 150077). This contract is for non personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete Construction and Alteration of Structure and Facilities for Combine Support Maintenance Shop at Kalaeloa, Hawaii. Contract was awarded on 29 December 2011 to BPC Construction of Hawaii, INC. 5 Sand Island Access rd, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. The amount of the award is $34,835,245.00 (base and all options excluding OBI 6).
