- Ink and Toner Supplies Spreadsheet The Los Angeles Job Corps Center, a no-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor, is looking for a supplier for ink and toner for printer and copier machines in the various centers and offices within the Los Angeles Area. The contract will cover the delivery of ink and toner supplies on a periodic manner for one year term. The supplier is required to adhere to the Green Procurement Guidelines according to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
