- The Department of Energy is providing special notice of the contract award made to Greenhill & Co., LLC using urgency exception 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2) for ?Specialized Expert Financial Advisory Services?. The date of the award was November 23, 2011 and the contract will expire January 24, 2012; however there are four 1 month option periods.
