- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to TerraTherm, INC. to provide thermal treatment technology to Fort Benning, GA. TerraTherm patented technology is the only known technology at this time that will meet the requirement. TerraTherm, INC. is the sole world-wide licensee from the University of Texas at Austin and Shell Oil Company for the ISTD Family of remediation technologies. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
