- PR IQC11222009048. This solicitation will contain NSNs 4235-01-419-4798 and 4235-01-419-4801. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0282, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Acquisitions. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable and offerors will be required to provide pricing and delivery for the base year and each option period. These NSNs are not Critical Safety Items. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for these NSNs. NSN 4235-01-419-4798, Spill Containment, Hazardous Material Required delivery is 30 DARO. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 480 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 120 EA and applies to the base year only. NSN 4235-01-419-4801, Spill Containment, Hazardous Material Required delivery is 30 DARO. Approved sources are CAGE 0M8R4, P/N 1B144012-GT-CG-G; CAGE 0N5W4, P/N 48-4801-SU-GR-TB; CAGE 0V4E7, P/N BCI-XR5-151; CAGE 1MDS4, P/N 910-011960; and CAGE 4MS69, P/N 4235014194801. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 480 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 120 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Award may be a single or multiple award. A Subcontracting Plan is not required as this is a Small Business Set Aside. Formal cost and pricing data is not required as the items have been determined Commercial-Off-The-Shelf. EEO clearance is required as the dollar threshold has been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met.
