- Request for Quote Cover Letter The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is requesting a quote for Substance Abuse Counseling Services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award this purchase order under the terms and conditions stated in the solicitation. The Government anticipates a single, firm fixed price purchase order award will be made to the vendor whose proposal represents the best overall value to the Government. Evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.106-2. Please refer to the attached solicitation to assist you in developing your quote. Written quotes shall be submitted no later than January 19, 2012 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Your quote should be submitted to The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Office of Procurement, Room 892, 633 Indiana Ave. NW Washington D.C. 20004. Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall cite the solicitation number and be directed to the Contract Specialist, Allen A. Tillman II, via email at allen.tillman@csosa.gov. All questions shall be submitted no later than January 5, 2012 at 3:00 PM (EST). Any response provided by the Government in response to such questions may be forwarded to all potential vendors, if appropriate, as determined by the Contracting Officer. Please note that this request does not commit CSOSA to pay any proposal preparation costs, nor does it obligate CSOSA to award any contract. Also, the full, accurate, and complete information is required by this request in accordance with U.S.C. 1001. We thank you for your interest and look forward to receiving your quote.
