Item Function: Develops pulsesof RF energy for transmission to ASR antenna. Currently Sora Power Inc(Cage 13058) is the only known source that can satisfy the Governmentrequirements. It is suggested that small business firms or othersinterested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with thedescribed procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: Sora PowerInc (Cage 13058). An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns fromofferors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase ofthis acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
