- Description Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Orlando, Florida. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Red Bug Lake Road, South: SR 50 (Colonial Drive), East: SR 434 (Central Avenue & Alafaya Trail), West: Toll Road 417 (Central Florida Greenway) REQUIRED : The Government requires a total of 6,430 usable square feet of space. The space must be contiguous, located preferably above the ground floor, no lower than second floor. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 5 years, 2 year firm. Occupancy is desired no later than December 19, 2012. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by January 6, 2012. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
