- This solicitation replaces SPM5L2-11-Q-0771, The quantity has been decreased to 20,000. NSN: 5340-00-377-642, PR 0028183246, Snap Hook, I/A/W PIA-PS70121, Government First Article Testing. Drawings will be available after the solicitation is issued. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The quantity is 20,000. The solicitation will contain a 100% quantity option. FOB is Destination, Source inspection applies. Past Performance is of more importance than price in the evaluation of quotes. Required delivery is 240 days which includes FAT. Phased delivery is acceptable. This is a commerical item and will be solicited using FAR 13.5 procedures. Solicitation issue date is 12/29/11. The closing date is 1/13/12.
