- Solicitation #12-233-SOL-00090 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 541511, Size Standard $25 Million. This is a total small business set-aside. The solicitation number is 12-233-SOL-00090. This is to be a firm fixed price (FFP) type contract. The Program Support Center intends to establish a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to acquire a Software-as- a- Service (SaaS) platform system that supports data modeling and simulation activities involving health and health care. In addition, the contract will support acquisition of materials, training and education in the use of the technology. Finally, additional capabilities are needed to support consultations and adaptations of the platform system to meet specialized needs. This platform system will be used to support research, analysis, and evaluation in a wide variety of applications across the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Refer to attached document for further details. Offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. Proposals should be submitted in writing no later than January 16, 2012 at 12:00 PM EST. All questions and quotes should be sent electronically to Wendy.Cruz@psc.hhs.gov.
