- Service Contract Act - Wage Determination Appendix C - Safety Appendix Appendix A - Equipment List Performance Work Statement (PWS) Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: FA8125-12-R-0005 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FBO for Sole-source: Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to The Boeing Company under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The Contractor shall provide all labor tools, test equipment, materials, protective equipment (PPE), reflective coating, hearing protection, eye protection (to include prescription safety glasses), lifting equipment, fire extinguisher(s), fall protection, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker Air Force Base, OK to perform Remedial Maintenance on the Automated Ultrasonic Scanning System (AUSS) V. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 Feb 2012 - 30 Jan 2013 The proposed first option POP is: 1 Feb 2013 - 30 Jan 14 Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $7 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
