- Justification and Approval GPS Splitters and Load 50 Ohms. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-12-Q-0005. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 750 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days or more. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available.
