- On or about 17 January 2012, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District will issue an RFQ (Request for Quotation) for one commercial supply firm fixed purchase order to design, manufacture, test and deliver, off-load, move and assemble and furnish spare parts and jacks for three (3) 37,500/50,000 kVA; 115 kV Grd. Y high-voltage winding, 13.2 kV delta low-voltage winding; cooling class ONAN/ONAF; three-phase power transformers. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY Proposers/Offerors: Please be advised of the on-line registration requirement in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database www.ccr.gov, and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annnual On-line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
