- The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a 230/115-13.8kV 120,000/160,000/200,000-28,000/37,333/46,667kVA autotransformer, to include mineral oil, spares, and erecting engineer services to be delivered and off-loaded at its Archer Substation, Laramie, Wyoming. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-aside. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 December 2011 at the following site: https://www.fbo.gov/. All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, P.O. Box 3700, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Cansu Teano, or e-mailed to teano@wapa.gov.
