- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 40 kW 3 Phase Diesel Generator This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-12-T-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set aside. The estimated delivery date for the generator is 21 February 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 335312. The small business size standard for this requirement is 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price supply contract as a result of this solicitation. Requests for solicitation packages made by telephone, fax, or email will not be honored as contractors must download through the www.fbo.gov website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the government, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors can access the CCR for free at http://www.ccr.gov. Offers are due no later than 2:00 P.M., on 10 January 2012 local /eastern time.
