Description

Questions Answered and Clarification of a Few Points for W91YTZ-12-T-0010 1.Amount of cell salvage procedures are performed annually? Around 12 were performed in 2011. "Might" see increase due to soliders return from deployment. 2.Type of Cell Saver that Womack Medical Center owns? Medtronic ATLG110 w/vacuum. 3.Contractor will provide a Cell Saver to be used if the Government owned Cell Saver is unusable. 4.Contractor will provide related disposable supplies used to perform blood collection and transfusion. 5.Please quote for a base year plus 4 option years. 6.**See attachment for an example of a Fee Schedule-use as a "guideline" for the type of pricing we are used to having and for your quote in response to this solicitation. 7.** Please "read in detail" the Statement of Work which was attached to W91YTZ-12-T-0010 when it was first posted on 22 Dec. 2011.
