- The Government has a requirement for the following: Noun: Circuit Card Assembly; NSN: 5998-01-476-3147; P/N: 64221; Qty: 46 ea; required delivery is 90 days after contract award; F.O.B. DEST with delivery to New Cumberland, P.A. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to SHAYLA.LUCAS@US.ARMY.MIL No telephone request will be accepted. Please include solicitation number and you direct contact information (I.E email address, mailing address, and telephone number.) Suggest this small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firms(s) listed. RFQ will be issued to: AEROFLEX WICHITA INC, (Cage Code 51190). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. To request solicitation package, please contact the contracting officer at the above email address. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all request for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This proposed contract action is supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources. All offeror's must meet pre qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the web site www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Missile Requirements (AMCOM pamphlet 702-1) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offeror which shall be considered by the agency. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished. Note 22 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement
