- Update: The PALT update session originally scheduled for 17 Jan 2012 has been moved to 18 Jan 2012. No change in location. Also, the February PALT Update session will include a presentation/discussion on Digital Applications to determine viability of the industry base and business model. The Digital Apps Tactical Action Team (TAT) is looking for industry recommendations, both technical and contractual. The revised schedule for Jan - Apr 2012 is set forth below. PEO STRI Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between PEO STRI and our Industry stakeholders the PEO STRI Acquisition Center Director/Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC), Mr. Joseph A. Giunta, Jr., will continue hosting monthly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update sessions open to all of Industry. The dates of the next four sessions are; 18 Jan 2012, 21 Feb 2012, 27 Mar 2012, and 24 Apr 2012. The intent of the updates is to better communicate the status of ongoing procurements within PEO STRI. Mr. Giunta, along with Acquisition Center senior leadership, will host these sessions on the dates identified above from 0900-0945. Each PALT update session will provide Industry the opportunity to request updates on specific procurements of interest in a Question & Answer (Q&A) type forum. There will not be a formal agenda, but rather an open Q&A session not to exceed 45 minutes. It will be up to Industry representatives to request an update on specific procurements of interest. Information to be provided by the Government will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. Monthly PALT Update Session Info: WHEN/WHERE: 1.
