Description
DLA Contracting Services Office at Richmond is planning to issue GSAAdvantage eBuy RFQ 642627, Local Reference SP4703-12-Q-0025, for Program Technical Support for the Defense Standardization Program Office (DSPO) under GSA FSS Contract, Schedule 70, SIN 132-51. This GSAAdvantage eBuy solicitation includes Open Market Items (OMIs) which are not included in the GSA FSS Contract. The OMIs are described below: Hardware Maintenance & Refresh The Vendor will provide annual hardware support renewals as required to maintain the QPD system application COTS products at current, vendor-supported levels for integration of all tasks specified within this PWS. Hardware includes: a. Crucial Memory 24GB (3X8GB) DIMM 240-pin low profile b. 1 Dell Blade Server Enclosure, No Blades, M1000E, PowerEdge (223-3244) c. 5 PowerEdge M610 Blade Server, 56XX Processors (224-8593) d. 7 SM Multi-Mode FC Cable LC-LC, TYCO, Customer Install (310-5608) e. 6 Compaq genuine 480941-001 750 GB 7200 rpm 3.5 inch hot swap sata hard drive f. 8 HP LTO3 Ultrium 960 400/800 GB Rewritable disks g. 6 HP memory 8GB 2X4 GB DIMM 240 p h. 4 Avocent video USB cable 10ft i. 2 Production Enterprise CUP Licenses of PDFNet Core SDK for Windows ASSISTDOCS The DSPO has a requirement to host and maintain the ASSISTDOCS by a commercial Internet Service Provider. The Vendor shall support DSPO in the successful deployment and continued operations and maintenance of the ASSISTDOCS capability. a. Monitor the performance of the assistdocs.com website. Take corrective actions as necessary to maximize system performance and availability. b. Manage scalable, dedicated web hosting services with a commercial provider for a renewable period of 6 or 12 months. The Vendor shall act as a liaison between the government and the host service provider to ensure that the site performance and usability are meeting the needs of the intended Defense Standardization community. c. Implement emerging system changes as required by DSPO. d. Maintain assistdocs application code, data and image import procedures and log file procedures. e. Prepare and participate in briefings, symposiums or other meetings or events as required by DSPO. Software Licensing & Support Software Renewals: The Vendor will provide the annual software licenses and updates to maintain the QPD system application COTS products at current, vendor supported levels for integration of all tasks specified within the PWS. The Vendor shall provide annual software renewals for the software as described below: a. 1 SQL Navigator for Oracle Expert Edition b. VLA Coldfusion Std 9 ALP Universal English Upgrade c. VLA Coldfusion Builder 1 Universal English d. 1 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Profession Edition- Complete package e. 1 Rebex File Transfer Pack for.NET/.NET CF f. 1 Quest SQL Navigator for Oracle g. 1 Buffalo 500 GB DriveStation Combo Turbo USB/FireWireExternal Hard Drive h. 1 Adobe ColdFusion Standard v8 Upgrade Package-2 processors i. 1 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (purchased in 2007) j.
